Abstract:

气冷转向辊是汽车钢板生产过程中的重要设备。气冷转向辊在长期工作后已经不能稳定地工作,需要下线进行检修。通过对气冷转向辊进行全面的检测包括目测和着色探伤,发现转向辊的主要失效有二处:一是自由端键槽连接处轴和孔之间的间隙增大了很多,二是固定端轴和筋板连接处有裂纹。本文对气冷转向辊的失效进行了分析。
Air-cooled steering roller is an important equipment in the production process of automotive steel plate. Air-cooled steering rollers can no longer work steadily after long-term work and need to be overhauled offline. Through comprehensive detection of air-cooled steering rollers, including visual inspection and coloring detection, it was found that the main failure of the steering rollers has two places: first, the gap between the shaft and the hole at the free end keyway connection increased a lot, and second, there are cracks in the fixed end shaft and the rib plate connection. The failure of air-cooled steering roller is analyzed in this paper.
