Perioperative Nursing of the Patients Undergoing Urological Surgery during the COVID-19 Epidemic

目的：总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下泌尿外科围手术期护理经验。方法：通过对护理人员超前相关知识培训，加强入院管控和病房管理；实行加速康复外科理念，缩短住院时间。结果：共完成泌尿外科限期手术和急诊手术53例，行腹腔镜肾癌根治术、肾部分切除术、经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术、输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术等53例手术病人顺利康复出院，未发生围手术期新冠肺炎感染及严重并发症。结论：遵守工作流程，做到科学防控，就可以保证患者正常的诊疗工作，使泌尿外科限期手术和急诊手术病人得到安全有效的救治。相关管理策略有效保障了患者的就医安全，满足了其治疗需求。
Objective: To conclude the experience of perioperative nursing of the patients undergoing urological surgery during the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods: All nursers should master the clinical manifestations and epidemiological characteristics of the COVID-19 by training for all medical workers, strengthened management of admission and ward of urology. Fast Track Surgery Perioperative Care (FTS) methods perioperatively were enrolled and the average hospital stay was shortened and the rehabilitation was speeded up. Result: 53 cases of semi-elective and emergency surgeries were successfully performed, including laparoscopic radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, transurethral resection of bladder tumor, retrograde intrarenal surgery, successfully recovered and were discharged. No patient was infected with novel coronavirus pneumonia and the occurrence of complications. Conclusion: Based on scientific prevention and control, the orderly implementation of integral nursing strategy as well as the prevention and control of epidemic situation in ward and operating room can ensure the patients of semi-elective and emergency operation to receive timely and necessary diagnosis and treatment as well as to ensure the safety of patients and medical staff. Relevant management strategies effectively ensured the safety of patients during their hospitalization and satisfied their treatment needs.
