Abstract:

2020年新冠疫情的突发给国内、外旅游业带来的重大打击,通过对疫情后旅游行业的SWOT分析,即:优势、劣势、机会与威胁的分析,得出我国旅游业虽然面临旅游人数减少,旅游业受创的情况,但是也面临着疫情得到控制,消费者消费意向、消费观念发生改变,旅游业行业洗牌等挑战与机遇,提出了通过计算机技术,将智慧化、网络化、大数据等途径,实现旅游服务信息化,促进疫情后旅游业新发展,从而为我国旅游业在疫情后、乃至将来的发展提供参考。
The outbreak of novel coronavirus in 2020 brought a great blow to the domestic and foreign tour-ism. Through the analysis of the tourism industry after the epidemic situation by SWOT analysis, which includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, we can see that the tourism enterprises in China is facing a decline in tourism, the tourism industry is vulnerable, but also facing the outbreak under control, consumers’ intention, consumption idea change, so as to promote the tourism industry reshuffle, the challenge and opportunity are put forward to the information of intelligence, networking, big data and Internet of things after the outbreak of four directions to promote countermeasures and suggestions of travel industry revival, which provide a reference for the development of Chinese tourism industry after the outbreak.
