Abstract:

我国高校学生心理健康教育实践具有五大途径:“一个先锋,四个武器”。一个先锋:注重培养学生理性平和的心态,重视引导学生自我与他人的平衡。四个武器:融合心理健康教育与思想政治教育,统一心理与德育教育;强调全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人,让心理健康教育全方位融入学生生活;重视一线教师心理健康基本素养的培养,提升一线教师处理学生负面情绪的能力;构建四级心理危机预警体系,异常事件预警体系,主动发现,提前干预是危机的突破口。
The practice of mental health education in colleges and universities in China has five ways: “one pioneer, four weapons”; a pioneer: paying attention to cultivating students’ rational and peaceful mentality and guiding students to balance themselves with others; four weapons: integrating mental health education with ideological and political education and unifying psychological and moral education. Emphasis is placed on educating all employees, educating people in the whole process and educating people in all directions, so that mental health education can be integrated into students’ lives in all directions; attach importance to the cultivation of basic mental health li-teracy of front-line teachers and improve their ability to deal with students’ negative emotions. Constructing a four-level psychological crisis early warning system, an abnormal event early warning system, actively discovering and intervening in advance are the breakthrough points of the crisis.
