Since its inception in 1979, the company underwent several HR related changes. The biggest decision in this regard was to employ as many differently abled people as many possible. The firm could sustain financially because of the modifications done in the HR practices to adapt to the differently abled workforce. In 2017, the company felt the pinch of increased competition and demand for better quality products. Therefore, the CEO, Nisheeth, decided to embrace advanced German machines.
