Teaching and Learning—You Really Mean Profit and Learning: The Business of LearningKeywords: academic leadership, business school culture, deans, learning and teaching, management of business schools, perspectives Abstract: Deans and academic colleagues are collectively involved in the delivery of business education. Yet their perspectives on teaching and learning can vary significantly reflecting the distinctive position from which they view the process. Despite commonality of background there can be mutual incomprehension of each other’s worlds and associated world view. Sharing the obsessions of deans around teaching and learning is critical to addressing such incomprehension and enhancing the delivery of business education
