东莞市江库联网工程发挥作用的思考

东江与水库联网工程旨在解决东莞中部及沿海片主要依靠无调蓄功能的东江取水, 遇到枯水年份缺水严重的 问题, 以全面提高该片区供水保证率和应对东江突发水事件的能力。本文就该工程实施过程中的水源保护规划、供 水格局调整和全面进行水价改革等方面提出几点思考和建议, 以保证联网工程良性循环, 早日发挥其经济、社会和 生态综合效益。 In or der t o reso lve the problem o f being dependent on pumping w ater from the Do ng jiang Riv er without sto rag e capa2 bility and causing the lack of w ater dur ing the dr y per iod in the middle and coastal area of Dongg uan, the constructio n of collab2 o rative wo rk of riv er and reservo ir pr oject is pr oposed to impr ov e the water supply guar antee rate and the ability to respo nd the emer gency w ater pro blem.
