河流功能评价指标体系及应用

根据河流功能的内涵出发，立足于和河流本身的自然特征，考虑到河流的自然功能、生态环境功能和社会服务功能，借鉴国内外对于河流功能评价的相关研究，构建了包含18个指标的河流功能评价指标体系，探索性地提出了河流功能的评价标准。以柏条河为例对建立的评价指标、评价标准和评价方法进行了验证应用，其评价结论符合柏条河流域的实际情况。 Based on the connotation of the river function and the natural characteristics of the river itself，a river function evaluation index system was developed in consideration of the taking natural function，ecological environment function, and social service function of the river into account and the domestic and international research on river function evaluation.
