基于环境友好型农业的农村水利现代化建设

随着水利现代化的快速发展，农村水利现代化建设日益受到关注。分析认为，农村水利现代化的在宏观战略上具有突出的必要性与迫切性，在农村水利现代化建设中需注重农业面源污染防治这一关键问题，而解决的根本途径是发展环境友好型农业。为此，提出了发展环境友好型农业，落实最严格水资源管理制度的有效措施和对策。 With the rapid development of water conservancy modernization, the construction of rural water conservancy modernization received more attention. The rural water conservancy modernization was necessary and urgent from aspect of macro-strategy. The critical issue was agricultural non-point source pollution during the construction of rural water conservancy modernization, and the environment-friendly agriculture was the fundamental approach to reduce the pollution.
