水资源利用矛盾的和谐论解决途径

在分析总结水资源多种用途和主要水资源利用矛盾的基础上，提出了应用和谐论思想指导水资源管理、开发、利用、分配等，利用基于和谐论理论的数学描述方法定量评价、调控当前水资源利用现状，缓解水资源利用矛盾。对郑州市水资源利用状况进行的评价的结果与实际情况较符合，据此提出了郑州市水资源利用矛盾解决的可行性措施。由此可见，基于和谐论的水资源利用评价方法具有一定的应用前景。 Based on the summary of various uses of water resources and current major water resources utilization contradictions, the harmony theory was proposed to guide the management, development, utilization, and allocation of water resources. The mathematical description method based on the harmony theory was used to evaluate and regulate the current status of water resources utilization quantitatively, and to ease the water resources utilization contradictions. The method was applied to evaluate the status of water resources utilization in Zhengzhou City, and the evaluation results were in accordance with the actual situations. According to the evaluation results, the feasible measures to solve the water resources utilization contradictions of Zhengzhou City have been proposed.
