一步溶液法制备FA0.95Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Clx钙钛矿太阳电池DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-9731.2018.09.005 Abstract: 采用一步法制备了FA0.95Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Clx钙钛矿薄膜,研究了CsI对钙钛矿薄膜形貌、光学性质及电池性能的影响。研究结果表明,与FAPbI(3-x)Clx体系相比较,当掺杂少量CsI时,FA0.95Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Clx钙钛矿层薄膜晶粒尺寸明显增大且紧密堆积;在300~810 nm范围内,紫外-可见吸收光谱吸收明显增强;通过构筑FA0.95Cs0.05PbI(3-x)Clx电池器件的开路电压Voc=0.88 V,光电转换效率PCE=5.86%
