A meta-analysis examining the independent association between thyroid nodule size and malignancyAbstract: Thyroid cancer is the most common endocrine malignancy. The incidence is rising quickly in both genders, and it was estimated to represent 3.8% of all the new cancer cases in the United States as estimated by the American Cancers Society (ACS) (1). Predicting the likelihood of malignancy is the main concern when examining any thyroid nodule.
