Non-pharmacological and non-surgical strategies to promote sexual recovery for men with erectile dysfunctionAbstract: Sexual dysfunction can happen in men of any age, although it becomes increasingly common as men get older. Erectile dysfunction (ED), defined as “the consistent or recurrent inability of a man to attain and/or maintain a penile erection sufficient for sexual activity” (1), is the most commonly reported sexual problem for men (2,3). ED can affect men’s confidence and self-esteem leading to depression which, in turn, can negatively impact men’s intimate relationships and quality of life overall (4-8). As a component to sexual recovery, men need to be educated about strategies for managing ED (9), ideally before the onset of ED
