型煤着火特性的试验研究

型煤的着火特性是直接影响型煤燃烧的关键因素。为了研究型煤的着火,笔者选用5种煤样,在实验室型煤着火燃烧试验装置上进行试验,分析了挥发份、固硫剂和成型压力对型煤着火的影响。并与在热天平上测得的煤粉着火特性进行对比,分析了几种常见因素对煤粉和型煤着火影响的异同。 The ignition character of briquette is one of the key factor which having direct influence on its combustion. In order to explore the ignition properties of briquette, five types of coal were tested on the test installation. Based on the results, the influences of volatile, captured sulfur additives and shaped pressure were analyzed, and compared with the ignition of coal powder tested on thermobalance. The influences of usual factor on the ignition of briquette and coal powder were also analyzed
