开发中国工业型煤之浅见

评述了中国工业型煤的开发和应用现状,并指出型煤质量是影响型煤市场的关键;探讨了冷压成型工艺只是使煤颗粒以物理形式的表面粘合,而热压成型工艺却是赋于煤颗粒以分子结构变化的化学形式的内在焦结,能起到质的变化;提出了热压成型工艺或"冷压成型加高温碳化"工艺,将有助于提高型煤质量和开拓型煤市场。 Development and application status of industrial briquette in China were discussed. Influence key factor of briquette market is the briquette quality. Cold state briquetting process provided only surface binding of coal particles in a physic form. The hot state briquetting process provided carbonization condition to change the molecule structure of coal particles. Based on this analysis, a hot state briquetting process and/or cold state briquetting combination high temperature carbonization process is put forward. It can increase the briquette quality and open up the briquette market.
