榆家梁选煤厂~(-)煤分选可行性分析 ~(-)

为提高煤炭分选效率和产品质量,针对4~(-3)煤煤质特性,分析了4~(-3)煤掺配入选存在问题,并进行优化改造,最后对改造效果进行分析。针对4~(-3)煤泥比例高、煤泥易泥化特性,通过改变原煤进仓储存形式,从原煤配比、筛分效率、煤泥系统、产品进仓4个主要环节入手,采取配比入选与间隔入选相结合的方式,使4~(-3)煤从直通生产转为常态化入选生产,实现了4~(-3)与5-2原煤掺配最大化入选。年度利润指标由亏损1. 02亿元转为盈利8 802万元,实现了利润最大化。 In order to improve coal separation efficiency and product quality,aiming at the coal quality characteristics of 4~(-3) coal,the problems of blending 4~(-3) coal were analyzed,and optimization transformation and transformation effect were carried out.In view of high proportion of 4~(-3) coal slime and easy sliming characteristics,by changing storage form of raw coal into warehouse and analysing four main links of raw coal proportioning,screening efficiency,coal slime system and product into warehouse,4~(-3) coal is transformed from direct production to normal production,and 4~(-3) and 5-2 coal blending realize maximum selection with combination of proportioning and interval selection.
