关于国家标准/-《煤的发热量测定方法》若干问题的讨论 (/-)

根据国际标准ISO1928:1995(E),对国标GB/T213-1996及其修订稿中存在的若干问题如热化学参考温度、硫酸和硝酸化学热效应的概念与确定方法、热容量的精密度、量热温度计的技术要求和自动热量计准确度评价等进行讨论并提出了相应的修改意见。 The existence problems in the nation standard GB/T312-1996 and its revised draft such as thermo chemistry reference temperature, sulphuric acid and nitric acid caloric effect concept and definition method, precision of thermal capacity, technique demand of calorimetry thermometers and accuracy evaluation of automatic calorimeter etc. were discussed based on the international standard ISO1982: 1955(E). At the same time, reviser suggestion was put forward.
