萌营煤矿选煤厂准备系统技术改造

荫营煤矿选煤厂原煤准备系统,由于原设计中没有手选、破碎设备,导致整个厂的生产能力远远低于设计要求,后经选煤厂进行技术改造,增设手选,破碎设备后,生产有了较大提高,特别是采用螺旋筛进行分级后,该厂对湿煤的处理也取得了较好的效果,使选煤厂年处理能力达到并超过设计标准。经过前后对比可以发现:手选、破碎在选煤厂生产中是必不可少的环节;螺旋筛常在处理湿煤方面有一定的优越性。 The raw coal preparation system of the Yangquan Yinying Preparation Plant,since the original design did not have the hand election and broken equipment,cause the entire plant production capacity is far below the design requirements,after the coal preparation plant technological transformations,created by the hand election and bro- ken equipment,the production has been increased,especially the introduction of the grading spiral screen,the wet coal plant has been made in the handling of the good results,the plant production capacity have achieved and ex- ceeded the design standards.After both before and after contrast,we find:1.the hand election and broken in plant production is essential link;2.Spiral screen processing in wet coal has some advantages
