分析了目前焦炉煤气利用的技术途径,针对独立焦化厂,从技术、投资和效益分析了焦炉煤气发电、合成氨生产尿素和生产甲醇等3种利用方案,经过分析比较,焦炉煤气生产甲醇产品,技术含量高,产业链长,附加值高,经济效益好。 The author analyses the current situation of coke oven gas utilization and its technical methods,and also emphasizes the impact of the technology.The research is based on merchant coking plants.The author compares technology,investment and profit of three commonly used utilization methods-power generation by coke oven gas,urea production via synthesized ammonia and methanol production.After detailed comparison,it is concluded that producing methanol through coke oven gas is the best method because it is technology-intensive and has long production chain.It is the most profitable method and therefore has more added-value
