充气锥煤粉输送试验研究

Abstract:

为了充分保证SHELL煤气化工程项目中充气锥部件的安全稳定运行,对充气锥煤粉输送进行了应用的模拟试验研究。研究结果表明,平均孔径10μm的充气锥具有良好的流化性能,空气质量流量大于0.03kg/min时即可实现煤粉输送,空气压力0.4MPa时装置出口的下粉量可达9.48kg/min,并且烧结金属充气锥的强度高、耐磨性好。 To assure the aeration cone running safely and stably in SHELL coal gasification project,simulative experimental research on transporting of coal powder for aeration cone has been studied.The results indicate that aeration cone with 10μm average pore size has good fluidization performance and begins to transport coal powder when the mass flow of air is higher than 0.03kg/min,the outflow of the device can reach 9.48kg/min under 0.4MPa air,also aeration cone made from sintered metal has high strength and excellent wearing resistance.At present aeration cone produced according to the research result has already been applied widely in domestic Shell coal gasification projects
