/γ-脱硫剂的制备及脱硫动力学研究 /γ-Keywords: 脱硫剂,动力学,CeO_2/γ-Al_2O_3 desulfurizer,kinetics,CeO_2/γ-Al_2O_3 Abstract: 采用浸渍法制备了0.03gCeO_2/g(γ-Al_2O_3)脱硫剂,X-射线衍射(XRD)表明CeO_2在γ-Al_2O_3载体表面的分布状态是亚单层分布。采用热重分析方法研究了0.03gCeO_2-g(γ- Al_2O_3)脱硫反应的本征动力学,随着SO_2浓度和温度的增加,CeO_2转化率也会增加,得到动力学方程为R=1.14×10~(-4)·exp(-1508.39/T)·C_(SO_2)mg/mgs。动力学参数活化能是12540.78 J/mol,对SO_2的反应级数是1级,指前因子是1.14×10~(-4)mg(mg·s)~(-1)。0.03gCeO_2/g(γ- Al_2O_3)脱硫剂是可再生的,硫化时间过长会降低脱硫剂的可再生性。 In this paper 0.03gCeO_2/g(γ-Al_2O_3)adsorbent was prepared by impregnation and characterized by X- ray diffraction which showed that the dispersion of CuO supported onγ-Al_2O_3 was submonolayer.Thermogravimetric technique was used to study the intrinsic sulfation kinetics of CeO_2/g-Al_2O_3 sorbent.With increasing SO2 concen- tration and temperature,conversion would increase.Intrinsic kinetics equation was R=1.1394E(-4)oexp(- 1508.39/T)mg/mg·s.Activation of CeO_2 supported onγ-Al_2O_3 lowered much compared with that of pure CeO_2. Activation energy,reaction order with respect to SO_2,and pre-exponential were 12540.78J/mol,first order,and 1.1394Exp (-4) mg(mgos)-1 respectively.0.03gCeO_2/g(γ-Al_2O_3) desulfurizer could be regenerated,but long time would reduce its regeneration performance
