活性炭吸附处理染料废水的应用研究Keywords: 活性炭,甲基橙,吸附,再生 activated carbon,methyl-orange,adsorption,regeneration Abstract: 以甲基橙溶液为模拟染料废水,系统考察了活性炭的吸附性能,计算得到了几个热力学参数。结果表明:活性炭对甲基橙的吸附是一个自发的、吸热的物理过程,符合二级反应速率方程所描述的规律和Langmuir吸附等温式。40℃下活性炭对甲基橙的饱和吸附量为105.1mg·g~(-1)。N_2气氛中热处理是活性炭的有效再生方法。 The adsorption capacity of activated carbon for methyl orange in wastewater was measured,and the ther- modynamic parameters such asΔG°,ΔH°,ΔS°and E_a have been calculated.The results show that the adsorption of activated carbon for methyl orange is a spontaneously and endothermically physical process,which fits well with the pseudo-second-order rate equation and Langmuir isotherm model.The maximum adsorption capability of activa- ted carbon for methyl orange reaches 105.1mg·g~(-1) at 40℃.The spent adsorbent could be effectively regenerated by thermal treatment under N_2 atmosphere
