燃煤电站烟气湿法脱硫系统废水的处理与故障分析

古城电厂采用了湿法烟气脱硫技术来去除烟气中的SO2,产生的废水中含有大量的悬浮物、氟化物和重金属,须进行废水处理。废水经过中和、沉淀、絮凝、澄清等工序,沉积的污泥经澄清池沉淀后用车运走。处理后的水质符合排放标准。通过古城电厂的运行、调试,总结了故障的处理方法。 the technology of the wet flue gas desulphurization is applied to clean SO2 in flue gas,wastewater contained a lot of suspended solid、Fluorides and heavy metals produced as the power plant run must be solved.Through neutralizing,precipitating,clarifying and so on,Deposition in wastewater is carried away after clarifier.which makes wastewater up to the standard of discharge.the solving method of default happened in the guchen power plant is summarized
