中小型工业锅炉脱硝技术的研究Keywords: 水煤浆,过量空气系数,还原剂,脱硝 coal water mixture,excess air coefficient,reductive reagent,denitration Abstract: 利用德图(testo-350XL)烟气分析仪,在型号为YJW5900-J的水煤浆有机热载体炉上,进行了过量空气系数琢、还原剂添加量对NOx排放影响的实验研究。研究表明:水煤浆燃烧无需另外掺入还原剂即可实现选择性非催化还原反应;通过控制过量空气系数便可使NOx排放达标。这是中小型工业锅炉脱硝的有效手段,可使锅炉烟气排放达到国家排放标准。 Study the effect of excess air coefficient,de-oxidation additive amount on NO x emission with the help of coal water mixture organic heat transfer material heater whose type is YJW5900-J and the flue gas analyzer (testo- 350XL-Germany). The results show that,without additional reductive reagent,the selectivity un-catalytic reaction of coal water mixture goes well,the NO x emission can be controlled by adjusting the excess air coefficient. This method guarantees that the NO x emission meet the national discharge standards
