甲醇制汽油发展现状及前景分析

论述了甲醇制汽油(MTG)技术的工艺特点,并对固定床工艺和流化床工艺的优缺点及国内外MTG技术的发展现状进行了详细分析。从能源需求、工艺发展、技术优势、甲醇过剩等方面分析,得出甲醇转化为汽油技术相对成熟、简单、容易实现,且能缓解中国甲醇过剩和石油紧缺的矛盾,具有较好的经济性和实用性。最后提出了中国发展MTG技术的必要性,MTG技术符合中国国情,具有广阔的应用前景,并提出项目能否正常运营取决于原料甲醇和产品汽油的价格。 Methanol to gasoline(MTG) technology and its main characteristics were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of fixed-bed and fluidized-bed technology and the development status of MTG were in-depthly analyzed.The energy demand,technology development,technological superiority and excess methanol production capacity etc.were analyzed.The results indicate that MTG is relatively mature,simple and easy to implement,which has better economic benefits and practical applicability,can ease the contradiction between the oil shortage and excess methanol production capacity.It's really necessary to develop MTG technology in conformity with the national conditions.However,normal operation of the project depends on the price of the raw materials and gasoline
