五彩湾煤快速热解及多联产路线研究 -Keywords: 低阶煤,热解,多联产,流化床,提质技术 low rank coal,pyrolysis,poly-generation,fluidized bed,upgrading Abstract: 低阶煤的热解多联产技术是实现煤炭分级、高效、清洁利用的最佳途径之一。为了探索储量巨大的新疆五彩湾煤炭资源的高效利用技术途径,利用1 kg/h实验室规模流化床快速热解装置研究了该煤种在600℃的热解特性,并对热解产物进行了分析。研究发现,热解后煤质得到了提升,并且半焦的燃烧特性仍接近于原煤;焦油中芳烃含量较高,长链烷烃含量较低,较适合于先提取化学品再加氢制备优质燃料。与直接燃烧发电相比,五彩湾煤的热解多联产更能实现煤炭的高效、清洁利用。 In order to fully utilize Xinjiang Wucaiwan coal and improve its pyrolysis efficiency,the pyrolysis characteristics of Wucaiwan coal were studied at 600 ℃ using a 1 kg / h fluidized bed fast pyrolysis reactor. The pyrolysis products were analyzed. The results showed that,the pyrolysis upgraded the coal properties,while the combustion characteristic of char was similar to that of raw coal.The most suitable utilization way of tar,which contained lots of aromatic compounds and little long-chain alkanes was extracting chemicals first,then preparing high- grade fuels through hydrogenation reaction.
