流化床气化的床内脱硫研究 -

在φ30mm台式装置和φ100mm加压小试气化装置上,进行了小龙潭、义马、大同、夏庄和南定煤的流化床气化的床内脱硫试验。对脱硫剂及其粒度、气速、Ca/S值、操作温度和压力、煤中全硫含量等因素与脱硫效率的关系进行了研究,在适宜条件下床内脱硫率可达85%,探讨了达到最佳床内脱硫效率的操作条件。 In -bed gasification-desuifurization of five coals Xiaolongtan, Yima, Datong, Xiazhuang and Nanding were tested in aφ30 mm lube reactor and a φ100 mm fluidized bed coal gasifier respectively. The effects of sorbent types and sizes, gas flow rates, Ca/S molar ratio, operation temperature and pressure total sulfur content in raw coals on in-bed desuifurization efficiencies were studied. The maximum desulfurization efficiency obtained was 85% . Based on the above, the optimum conditions of desuifurization are also discussed
