选煤厂煤泥干燥系统的改造

针对铁煤集团大兴矿选煤厂煤泥干燥系统存在的问题,从压滤机系统、905煤泥转载皮带输送机、滚筒干燥机、干燥机出口刮刀、干燥机电机、925粉煤输送带6个方面对选煤厂进行技术改造。改造后,选煤厂工艺指标达到预计目标,生产环节畅通,降低了维护工作量,新增经济效益765.05万元。 In order to resolve the problems existed in coal slurry drying system in Daxing coal preparation plant,the technical reformation were undertaken from six aspects which are filter press system,905 coal slurry transshipment belt conveyor,drum dryer,outlet scraper and motor of drum dryer,925 pulverized coal conveyer belt.After reformation,the technic index meets the requirement of design,drying system runs smoothly,maintenance and the accident rate are decreased,the revenue is increasing by 7.6505 million
