新型捕收剂在辛置选煤厂的应用

介绍了辛置选煤厂的工艺流程,进行了不同浮选捕收剂的工业应用试验研究。结果表明:纳尔科N9858对各粒级煤样均有较好的捕收作用,降低了药剂用量,提高了各项浮选指标,选煤厂成本费用明显降低,为企业带来巨大的经济效益。 Introduce the technological process of Xinzhi coal preparation plant,do industrial application experiment in order to analyze different flotation collectors.The results show that NALCO N9858 collector has better collecting effect for each size fraction coal samples,reduce the amount of collector,improve each flotation index,obviously reduce production cost,bring great economic benefits
