Abstract:

采用水热合成的方法通过控制合成条件制备出片状结构的溴化氧铋半导体材料,并通过降解甲基橙染料来考察溴化氧铋半导体材料的光催化特性。应用XRD,SEM,TEM和Uv-vis漫反射光谱来表征B iOBr材料的特性。研究得知,B iOBr是一种间接半导体材料。它的带系能约为2.69eV,且不受合成条件的影响而变化。而B iOBr材料的形貌和结晶度却取决于水热合成的温度和时间。在降解甲基橙染料的过程中这种片状B iOBr显示出很高的光催化活性,特别是在160℃水热8h后得到的B iOBr材料具有最好的光催化活性。 Flake-Like BiOBr semiconductors were hydrothermally synthesized with deliberate control the synthesis parameters and used for photocatalytic decomposition of methyl orange(MO).XRD,SEM,TEM and Uv-vis diffuse reflectance spectra were employed to characterize the as-prepared BiOBr materials.It indicates that BiOBr is an indirect semiconductor with intrinsic optical band gap around 2.69 eV which is independent on the synthesis parameters,however,its morphologies and crystalline sizes strongly depend on the hydrothermal synthesis temperature and duration.The flake-like BiOBr exhibits high activity for photocatalytical decomposing MO.The BiOBr prepared by ohydrothermal treatment at 160℃ for 8h exhibits highest photocatalytic activity
