蒙东褐煤“煤电化一体”梯级高效利用模式研究 --Keywords: 蒙东,褐煤,梯级,循环经济 Eastern Inner Mongolia,lignite,stage,circular economy Abstract: 针对中国蒙东地区褐煤资源丰富但开发利用方式单一、利用效率低的问题,以蒙东地区某露天煤矿为研究对象,基于循环经济理论、褐煤转化技术提出了一种褐煤"煤电化一体"梯级高效循环利用模式。即褐煤资源通过大型露天矿开采后,进行干燥及低温热解,产出高热值的半焦、煤焦油、天然气;进一步加氢液化产生汽油、柴油、石脑油等,半焦作为电厂燃料用于发电,并以此为基础构建循环经济产业体系。研究结果的成功实施将改变中国褐煤利用方式,为褐煤大规模综合高效开发提供理论基础和技术支撑。 Eastern Inner Mongolia is abundant in lignite resources,while its utilization is quite simple and inefficient. Taking a surface coal mine in Eastern Inner Mongolia as research object,a new way of lignite coal-electricity-chemical integration cascade efficient circular utilization is proposed. Specifically,lignite is exploited by surface mining,then by drying and low temperature carbonization,high calorific value semi-coke,coal tar,natural gas are produced. Finally,gasoline,diesel,naphtha and other products are generated by liquefaction hydrogenation. Semi-coke is used for power generation. All of above are the basis for building a circular economy industrial system which achieves energy saving and environmental protection. The project has better economic benefits,its successful implementation can change the way of lignite utilization and provide theoretical basis for large-scale lignite integrated utilization
