煤的粒度特征及不同粒级煤的煤岩特征对炼焦煤性质的影响Keywords: 煤岩学,粒度分布,煤质 petrograghic, size distribution, coal quality Abstract: 对焦化厂的不同原料煤及装炉煤进行了煤岩学分析、粒度分析及煤质分析。综合分析结果表明, 在常规备煤工艺条件下, 煤颗粒的粒度分布近似服从Gates- Gandin - Shuzman 分布及Rossin - Ram mler 分布, 而各粒级煤的显微组分组成呈有规律的变化。这直接影响装炉煤的粘结性、硫分和灰分产率。研究结果对焦化厂改进备煤工艺, 提高焦炭质量有实际意义。 The petrographic analysis, coal size and coal quality analysis of different raw coal and coking coal were made. A comprehensive analysis result shown that the coal size distribution is similar the Gates-Gandin-Shuzman and Rossin-Rammer distribution. The change of maceral composition in different size grade coal has a regularity. It will be effect the cohesiveness, sulfur and ash yield of coking coal. This result can be use to improve the coal preparation process and rising coke quality
