茂名热电厂/锅炉改烧水煤浆后过热器超温原因分析及技术改造 /

对茂名热电厂 2 2 0t/h锅炉进行水煤浆代油工程改造后长期运行时发生过热蒸汽温度和高温段过热器壁温过高的主要原因进行了分析 ,并根据主要影响因素和实际运行状况提出了解决问题的方法 ,取得良好的效果 The 220 t/h oil fired boiler in Maoming Thermal Plant was transformed into burning coal water mixture. It was fount that the over temperature was happened in the well of steam superheater and superheated steam through a long term operation. Its main cause as mentioned above was analyzed in this paper. The solving method was put ford based on the main influence factor and actual operation situation. A good result was gained after a technical transformation
