水煤浆喷嘴磨损机理研究

主要讨论水煤浆用喷嘴所受冲蚀磨损机理 ,确定了影响喷嘴寿命的主要参数 ,提出了喷嘴的改进措施 ,并运用表面强化处理工艺 ,大大地提高了喷嘴寿命 The erosion abrasion mechanism of coal water mixture nozzle was discussed mainly. Effect of main parameter on the nozzle lifetime was decided and improvement countermeasures were also put forward.
