热水锅炉炉拱对炉内燃烧的影响及改进 .-.//-ⅡKeywords: 热水锅炉,炉拱,七孔探针,空气动力特性 Hot water boiler,Arch,Seven-hole-probe,Aerodynamic characteristic Abstract: 以一台1.4MW热水锅炉作为研究对象,利用七孔探针测试了不同工况时炉拱下部的空气动力场,测试结果表明炉拱下部空气动力场对炉内燃料燃烧有较大影响。根据测试结果对炉拱进行了技术改造,改造后炉内燃料的燃烧状况有了较大改善。 Hot water boiler is widely used in our country,we take a 1.4 MW hot water boiler as an example to test its aerodynamic field.By changing the arch to establish different status and testing it with seven-hole-probe,it indicates that the arch can influence the inner burning status of the boiler.The technical improvement is beneficial to energy-conservation
