神华煤制水煤浆特性及工业试验研究

针对神华煤质特点而言,提高神华煤水煤浆的浓度和灰熔点是拓宽神华煤制取水煤浆和工业应用的关键。试验研究表明,通过采取优化级配、配煤技术、开发高效添加剂和防结渣技术等措施,完全能够制备出达到用户要求的高质量神华煤水煤浆。 For developing the Shenhua coal industrial utilization field,the key point is that to enhance CWM concentration and ash fusion point.This paper introduced the industrial utilization study.The experiment study result is shown that a high quality CWM of Shenhua coal can be produced and it is demanded the users requirement through a serious technique countermeasures such as coal size distribution optimization,coal blending,high efficiency additive and preventing slagging etc
