为解决乌兰木伦选煤厂生产系统富水、泵机密封使用寿命短和设备腐蚀程度大的问题,采用板框滤液水代替补充清水和循环水,从而改善用水质量,使泵机密封的使用寿命延长,设备腐蚀速度得到有效缓解,确保了选煤厂实现洗水系统闭路循环。 In order to solve the problems of abundant water in production system of short service life of pump seal and large corrosion degree of equipment in Wulanmulun coal preparation plant,the plate and frame filtrate water were used instead of replenishing clean water and circulating water to improve the water quality.The service life of pump seal is prolonged and the corrosion rate of equipment is effectively alleviated,which ensures the realization of closed circuit circulation of washing water system in coal preparation plant
