抑尘剂自动喷洒系统在石圪台选煤厂的应用

为了提高火车运煤抑尘效果、提高抑尘剂的利用效率,石圪台选煤厂自行研发设计了抑尘剂自动喷洒系统,实现了抑尘剂的自动喷洒,且具有喷洒流量和喷洒压力反馈调节控制自动控制功能,喷洒质量大幅提高;同时配套设计了废液回收系统和清洗系统,实现了废液回收再利用和系统的自动清洗功能。 In order to improve the dust-reducing effect of coal transportation and improve the utilization efficiency of dust suppressant,an automatic spraying system for dust suppressant was developed and designed in Shijietai coal preparation plant,which realized automatic spraying of dust suppressant,and has spray flow and spray pressure.The feedback adjustment control automatic control function greatly improves the spray quality.The waste liquid recovery system and the cleaning system were designed to realize the waste liquid recycling and automatic cleaning function
