在线测灰仪使用现状及整改方案

针对神东洗选中心在线测灰无法准确调整生产参数的问题,通过对在线测灰仪使用现状进行分析,结合神东煤炭集团管理模式,研究了在线测灰仪的测灰原理及使用条件,从管理和技术改造2方面进行整改措施。结果表明,经过修改制度,加强管理,在线测灰仪标定次数明显增多,标定内容进一步丰富,能够做到及时标定。将双源分离式改造为双源重叠式,在线测灰仪精度进一步提高。将单点测灰分改造为多点测灰分,提高了测灰精度,实现了根据在线测灰仪显示灰分变化调整分选密度等生产参数。 In order to solve the problem that online ash meter can't adjust production parameters accurately,the current situation of nline ash meter was analyzed.Combined with the management mode of Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,the principle and working conditions of online ash meter were studied,and corrective measures in terms of management and technological transformation were proposed.The results show that after revising the system and strengthening the management,the calibration number of the online ash meter is obviously increased,and calibration content is further enriched,which can be calibrated in time.The double source separation is transformed into double source overlapping type,and single-point ash measurement is changed into multi-point ash measurement,which make accuracy of online improve and realize the adjustment of separation density and other production parameters according to the ash change displayed by online ash meter
