纳米级石灰石钙基脱硫试验研究Keywords: 喷钙脱硫,纳米级石灰石,试验模拟,SO_2 Desulfurization of calcium injection in furnace,Nanometer limestone,Experimentation simulation,SO_2 Abstract: 考虑到纳米微粒的粒径小,比表面大的特点,在一维热态试验台上,研究了纳米级钙基吸着剂脱硫过程。结果表明,纳米级石灰石普遍具有很好的脱硫效果,不同纳米石灰石,由于其比表面积、粒径以及内部成份、结构等的不同,脱硫率明显不同;粒径,温度和SO_2浓度是影响脱硫的关键因素,在最佳温度1000℃、粒径为100nm,Ca/S=1.5和SO_2浓度为2000ppm的条件下,其脱硫率可达90%以上。 Thinking about the characteristics of nano-grain such as small size、large surface area and surface domi- no affect,the process of desuffurization with nano-calcium-based sorbent was studied deeply on a one-dimensional test system.The results showed that nano-calcium-based sorbent could get higher desulfurization rate.Desulfuriza- tion rate differed in different Nanometer calcium sorbent for different surface area,inner structure and components etc.On the other hand,temperature and SO_2 concentration were key effect factors on desulfurization rate.Desulfu- rizaiton rate was up to 90% when temperature was 1000℃,ratio of Ca and S was 1.5,concentration of SO_2 was 2000ppm
