布尔台选煤厂煤泥水处理回收影响因素分析及改造

针对布尔台选煤厂煤泥水处理系统及煤泥回收作业中存在的问题,通过分析煤泥特性及水质对煤泥水处理系统各环节的影响,对布尔台选煤厂加压过滤机、板框压滤机、沉降过滤式离心机联合回收浓缩底流作业环节存在的问题进行分析,合理调整各环节在煤泥回收过程中的作用和效果,并提出改进建议及方法。改造后,煤泥处理回收设备有效适应了现场煤质变化,满足生产要求。加压过滤机优化改造后排料时间缩短了近200 s,极大提高了选煤厂煤泥回收效率。 Aiming at the problems existing in coal slurry water treatment system and operation of Buertai coal preparation plant,effect of coal slurry characteristics on each link of coal slurry water treatment system was analysed,and the problems existing in combined recovery concentrate underflow process with pressure filter,plate-frame filter and sedimentation filter centrifuge in Buertai coal preparation plant were analyzed.Effect of each link in process of coal slurry recovery was adjusted,and improvement suggestions was put forward.After transformation,coal slurry treatment and recovery equipment is effectively adapted to the changes of coal quality and meets the production requirements.The discharging time of pressure filter is shortened by nearly 200 s,which greatly improves coal slurry recovery efficiency
