再燃条件下燃料燃尽特性的试验研究

利用热天平系统着重对煤粉再燃技术中燃料的燃尽特性进行了试验研究,分别探讨了再燃燃料的种类,再燃燃料的粒度以及再燃区的气氛对燃料燃尽特性的影响,并利用平均燃烧速度W_(mean)、煤的燃尽指数N、燃尽特性综合判别指数R_j等物理量进行了定量分析。研究结果为进一步优化与完善煤粉再燃技术提供了理论依据。 In technology of fuel-staged.The combustion and burnout of most reburning fuel delivered and pyrolyzed in reburning area generate in burnout area the irrational length designed of reburning area and burnout area will lead to the waste of construction,material and energy incompleted burnout of pulverized coal.The paper researches on the loss-weight characteristic curve:thermogravity curve (TG).Analyzing the specie and size.the meaning com- bustion velocity,the burnout index value,the index of synthesis burnout and different atmosphere,which can sup- ply the theory foundation in order to optimize further the reburning technology
