煤中氯含量对煤燃烧时氯析出特征的影响Keywords: 氯含量,煤燃烧,TGAFTIRMS chlorine content, coal combustion, TGA FTIR MA Abstract: 借助TGAFTIRMS技术研究了煤中的氯含量对煤在燃烧时氯析出特征的影响。FTIR 对中、高氯煤的研究说明氯化氢的析出最大吸光度( Amax) 基本与氯含量呈线性增加关系。MS的结果表明氯化氢第1 个析出峰的Tmax 与煤中氯含量无关, 是一个热作用过程,这部分氯是以离子状态存在于煤的内表面上。第2 个氯化氢析出峰与煤的变质程度有关, 而氯则是与煤的有机结构相连, 当煤燃烧时, 以氯化氢形式与二氧化碳、二氧化硫、水一起析出。第3 个氯化氢析出峰是由于煤中无机氯化物而导致的。氯化氢的析出总量( 质谱上的面积积分值) 与煤中氯含量是呈线性关系, 相关系数R2 = 0.977 。 By using TGA FTIR MA technique, the effects of Cl content on the evoluation of HCl during combustion were evaluated. FTIR results indicate that the maximum absorbency of HCl released from medium and high chlorine content coal is basically proportion to the content of chlorine. MS results show that T max1 (at about 300 ℃) of the first HCl peak is independent on the Cl content in coal. A direct relationship between chlorine content and the HCl release (integration of area) was established with good agreement ( R 2=0 997). Three HCl peaks were observed during combustion. This indicates the existence of three mechanisms of chlorine binding and release. The first release peak is due to Cl - ion normally adsorbed on micropore walls. The second emission represents more tightly bond with coal matrix. The third peak is a result of inorganic chlorides in the coal
