采煤塌陷湿地底泥对磷的吸附特征研究

Abstract:

采煤塌陷湿地沉积物-水界面磷的环境化学行为与其它类型湿地存在较大差异,且鲜有报导。对淮南矿区潘北煤矿2处塌陷湿地水体沉积物进行磷吸附动力学以及吸附等温实验研究,拟合实验结果得出:实验地区水体沉积物的磷吸附在较短的时间内即可完成,沉积物对磷的吸附能力较强,其饱和磷吸附容量最高达609 mg/kg,饱和磷吸附容量以及吸附反应的自发程度与沉积物中的有机质含量具有一定的正相关关系,微生物在沉积物的磷吸附中具有一定的促进作用。 The environmental behavior of phosphorus in sediment-water interface of mining induced subsidence wetland is quite different fi'om that of other types of wetlands.Obtained results by phosphorus adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm experiments of sediment of subsidence wetland in Panbei coal mine of Huainan mining area. The results show that the phosphorus adsorption of the sediment can be completed in a relatively short period of time,the adsorption capacity of the sediments are strong,and can up to 609 mg/kg;The organic matter content of sediments has a positive correlation with the saturation adsorption capacity and the degree of spontaneous adsorption; The microorganisms in the sediment can promote the phosphorus adsorption in a certain role
