用于甲烷燃烧的/-催化剂的研究 /-Keywords: La-Al2O3,MnOx/La-Al2O3催化剂,X-射线衍射,甲烷燃烧 La-Al2O3,MnOx/La-Al2O3 catalysts,x-ray diffraction,Infrared spectra,H2-temperature programmed reduction,methane combustion Abstract: 摘要:用La(NO3)3溶液等体积浸渍Al2O3颗粒制得了La-Al2O3,进行了比表面积测试、x-射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(FTIR)表征,考察了加入La对Al2O3结构和热稳定性的影响。以Al2O3、La-Al2O3为载体,Mn(CH3COO)2为前驱体,制备了MnOx/Al2O3、MnOx/La-Al2O3系列催化剂,进行了H2-程序升温还原(TPR)表征,测试了它们对甲烷燃烧的催化活性。结果表明:加入La提高了Al2O3的热稳定性,MnOx/La-Al2O3对甲烷燃烧的催化活性高于MnOx/Al2O3,La在La-Al2O3中的最佳加入量为5%(La原子占Al2O3的质量百分数)。 La-modified Al2O3(La-Al2O3) were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation of La(NO3)3 with Al2O3 particles and calcined at 800,1000,1150℃,respectively.They were characterized by BET surface area measurement,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and FT-infrared spectra(FTIR).In the following experiment,Al2O3 and La-Al2O3 were incipiently impregnated by Mn(CH3COO)2 solution to prepare MnOx/Al2O3 and MnOx/La-Al2O3 catalysts.The reduction trend of MnOx in MnOx/Al2O3 and MnOx/La-Al2O3 catalysts was measured by H2-temperature programmed reduction(TPR) and their catalytic performance for methane combustion was tested.The results show the addition of La into Al2O3 suppressed the transformation of(-Al2O3 into(-Al2O3 on account of the formation of LaAlO3,the increased calcining temperature of La-Al2O3 resulted in more difficult reduction of MnOx/La-Al2O3 and thus lower catalytic activity.MnOx/La-Al2O3 catalysts revealed higher catalytic performance for methane combustion than MnOx/Al2O3
