中国煤制甲醇的现状及发展

通过对现代煤化工发展趋势及中国能源结构特点分析指出 ,由于煤制甲醇生产技术成熟、成本低 ,加上中国燃甲醇汽车技术基本成熟 ,因此在中国推广甲醇替代或部分替代汽油对中国能源结构调整、缓解石油供需矛盾具有重要意义。笔者对国内外甲醇市场的现状及发展预测分析表明 ,中国甲醇化学品市场发展迅速 ,今后需求不会很大 ,但是甲醇燃料市场巨大。目前中国甲醇生产能力基本满足国内需求 ,由于大部分生产装置生产能力小 ,因而很难形成规模效益 ,不能与国外产品竞争 ,发展规模效益是中国甲醇工业发展的当务之急 The development tendency of advanced coal chemical engineering and energy structure in China are analyzed in this paper. Spread and application of methanol fuel for substitute the gasoline (or part substitute) have an important role in adjustment energy structure, relaxation supply and demand contradiction of petroleum. The coal basis methanol technology is mature and low cost. At the same time, the methanol automobile technology had been developed at matured level. Status and development of methanol market in domestic and abroad is analyzed. The result is indicated that, the chemicals are fast in China however the demand is not large. But the methanol fuel market is very large. At present, supply and demand of methanol is balance. However, a large part of production plants are small scale and it cannot form the scale benefit. Therefore, product competition ability is lower with abroad product. A task of top priority is that, to develop the large-scale methanol production plant with an obvious economic benefit is necessary
