Abstract:

为了提高CFB锅炉脱硫效率,以宁夏国华宁东发电有限公司330MW CFB锅炉炉内脱硫系统为试验对象进行了研究。发现影响脱硫效率的主要因素有CFB锅炉运行床温、上下二次风配比、床压、石灰石粒度、石灰石品质等。通过优化调整,在降低20%~40%石灰石耗量的基础上,脱硫效率可达96%,SO2排放质量浓度可控制在100 mg/m3以内。试验研究表明,CFB锅炉采用炉内脱硫,SO2排放浓度满足最新环保标准要求。 To improve the desulfuration efficiency of CFB boiler,investigate the desulfuration system of 330 MW CFB boiler in Ningxia Guohua Ningdong Power Generation Company.The main influencing factors are bed temperature,ratio of upper and lower secondary wind,bed pressure,particle size and CaCO3 quality.After transformation,with 20 percent to 40 percent less CaCO3 consumption,the desulfuration efficiency reaches up to 96 percent,the SO2 emission concentration could be controlled below 100 mg/m3,meeting the newest national environmental protection standards
