高硫煤在循环流化床燃烧室内的脱硫研究

就某高硫煤在 1MWth循环流化床 (CFB)燃烧室中的脱硫性能进行了试验研究和分析。试验结果发现在钙硫摩尔比为 2 2时可达到 90 %以上的脱硫效率 ,石灰石对脱硫程度的影响与加入炉内的石灰石量大小有关 ,CFB炉内物料石灰石浓度是评价石灰石脱硫效率的重要指标 ,炉膛上部的脱硫状况很大程度可能与SO2 的最终排放浓度有关 A desulfurization performance test was conducted in the 1 MWth circulating fluidized bed (CFB) furnace by using a certain high sulfur coal. The result is shown that, desulfurization efficiency reached more than 90% when Ca/s mole ratio is 2.2, the effect of limestone on desulfurization efficiency have relevant to limestone amount in the furnace, the limestone concentration in CFB furnace is an important index for evaluation desulfurization efficiency of limestone and the desulfurization condition on the top of furnace have relevant to the SO 2 concentration in the flue gas at a great extent
