低阶煤制备活性焦及其吸附性能研究Keywords: 活性焦,低阶煤,吸附值,孔容积,比表面积,煤化工废水 activated coke,low rank coal,adsorption,pore volume,specific surface area,coal chemical industry waste water Abstract: 为解决煤化工废水处理难题,提高活性焦吸附性能,以5种典型低阶煤为原料,通过回转炉炭化和活化工序制备活性焦,研究活化温度、活化蒸气量和活化时间对活性焦吸附性能的影响,分析了不同活性焦对废水的吸附能力。结果表明:以褐煤为原料制备活性焦时,最佳活化温度为800℃,活化时间为3 h,活化蒸气量为1050 g;长焰煤最佳活化温度为850℃,活化时间为4 h,活化蒸气量为1200 g。在最佳条件下,褐煤活性焦的吸附值为36.32 mg/g,比长焰煤活性焦吸附值高10%。5种原煤制备的活性焦的比表面积与吸附值没有明显相关性。活性焦的孔容积越大,吸附值越高,造成不同活性焦吸附值差别的主要孔径为2~5 nm和5~20 nm。 In order to solve the problems of coal chemical waste water treatment and improve the adsorption of activated coke,taking five typical low rank coals as research objects,the activated coke was prepared through carbonization and activation processes on rotary furnace.The effects of activation temperature,reaction time and amount of steam on activated coke properties were studied.The adsorption capacity of different activated coke was analyzed.The results showed that,when the activated coke was prepared from lignite,the optimum activation temperature was 800 ℃,the reaction time were 3 hours,the steam were 1050 g.When the raw material was candle coal,the best temperature was 850 ℃,the reaction time was 4 hours,the steam were 1200 g.Under the optimal condition,the adsorption of activated coke prepared from lignite were 36.32 mg / g which were 10% higher than that of activated coke prepared from the candle coal.The surface area of activated cokes had no significant correlation to the adsorption.The bigger the pore volume,the higher the adsorption.The two parts aperture ranging from 2 nm to 5 nm,5 nm to 20 nm led to different adsorption of activated coke
