煤炭企业外购煤库存管理研究

煤炭在我国能源结构中占有重要地位,随着能源结构的调整,煤炭企业面临巨大压力,对煤炭企业成本控制和库存管理提出更高要求。为优化煤炭企业外购煤库存管理水平,针对外购煤难于精细化管理的问题,通过分类研究业务差异,对比同行业现有管理理念、手段、方法,结合ERP信息化系统实际应用,有针对性地提出优化方案。企业应通过动态制定库存均衡点,紧跟市场变化;加强库存保障机制管理,争取库存协同;建立库龄管理机制;强化对各利润中心的优化布局;充分利用ERP系统释放大数据优势;建立突发事件预警和应急机制等措施,科学管理,提高企业经济效益。 Coal plays an important role in the energy structure of our country.With adjustment of energy structure,coal companies puts forward higher requirements for cost control and inventory risk management.In order to optimize purchase inventory management and solve the problem of difficult to meticulous management of purchase,optimization scheme was put forward through classifying the differences of business,comparing existing management concepts,means and methods of the same industry,and combining the practical application of ERP information system.Enterprises should make dynamic inventory equilibrium point to keep up with market changes,strengthen inventory guarantee mechanism management to strive for inventory coordination,establish warehouse age management mechanism,strengthen the optimization of the distribution of various profit centers,make full use of advantages of large data released by ERP system,establish emergency warning and emergency mechanism and other measures.It can realize scientifically manage and improve the economic benefits of enterprises
